Recipe Ingredients for Easy Baked Enchiladas

16 ounce ground turkey
1/2 Onion
1/3 cup cilantro
4 Whole Wheat Tortillas
4 .5 ounce) Refried Beans
1/2 cup enchilada sauce
1/2 onion
1 cup cheese

Recipe Directions for Easy Baked Enchiladas

  1. Add onions, cilantro, and turkey and seasonings to hot skillet and then cook until done.

  2. Heat refried beans until warm.

  3. Assemble enchiladas as follows.

  4. 1 tortilla

  5. 2 tbsp of beans

  6. 1/2 cup of turkey mix

  7. This should yield 4 enchiladas.

  8. Place enchiladas in baking sheet coated in cooking spray.

  9. Pour enchilada sauce on enchiladas. Add cheese.

  10. Bake in 400 degree oven until cheese is melted.
