Recipe Ingredients for Easy Baked Chicken

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups Saltine crackers
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Easy Baked Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Melt 1/4 cup butter.

  3. Crush 1 1/2 cups of Saltine crackers.

  4. Coat chicken in butter and then in crackers.

  5. Bake on baking pan covered in aluminum foil for 1 hour.
