Recipe Ingredients for Easy Baked Chicken

2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon margarine
8 oz chicken breasts

Recipe Directions for Easy Baked Chicken

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange in baking dish.

  2. Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and dot with a pad of margarine.

  3. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours, up to 30 more minutes if chicken is still pink in the thickest part. Margarine use is optional.
