Recipe Ingredients for East West Broccoli

2 c broccoli, cut in flowerets
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for East West Broccoli

  1. Steam broccoli until tender crisp (about 8 minutes). Drain.

  2. Melt butter in skillet, add vinegar and soy sauce.

  3. Return broccoli to skillet and stir until well coated. Serve immediately.
