Recipe Ingredients for East Meets West Beef

1 pound sirloin
3 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger root
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for East Meets West Beef

  1. cut sirloin into 20 1 inch cubes

  2. stir together remaining ingredients in a 1 gallon zip lock baggie

  3. place sirloin cubes in baggie and coat thoroughly

  4. refrigerate at least 2 and not more than 24 hours, turning bag periodically

  5. broil or grill as desired
