Recipe Ingredients for Easiest Taco Salad

100 oz Extra Lean 99% Fat Free Fresh Tray Ground Breast
1131 grams Frozen Onions
622 grams Frozen Bell Peppers
1417 grams Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
49 ounces Diced Green Chiles

6 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic

Recipe Directions for Easiest Taco Salad

Spray skillet with cooking spray, then sauté vegetables adding broth if needed, then put to the side. Cook lean ground turkey and drain any fat. Add all ingredients together, adding Lawry's taco seasoning and any other seasoning like cumin, cilantro, etc. if desired. Adjust seasonings. Have salad greens ready for 4 people dividing everything up evenly. Divide turkey mixture up to 4. Top each serving with 1/2 ounce of nonfat cheese.
