Recipe Ingredients for Easiest Soup Ever!

4 cups vegetable broth
4 cups mustard greens, washed and torn
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup apple, chopped
1/2 cup french lentils
2 (1g) cloves garlic, crushed and peeled
1 tbsp turmeric, dried ground
1 tbsp cumin , dried ground
1 tbsp coriander, dried ground

Recipe Directions for Easiest Soup Ever!

  1. In a small pot pour in the water and add the bouillon, greens (I used about 1 bunch of mustard greens), carrots, apple, lentils (I used about 1/2 cup french lentils), garlic, ginger and spices.

  2. Cover and let cook half an hour to 45 minutes. When you're ready to have the soup, puree and pour into a bowl Enjoy!
