Recipe Ingredients for Easiest lentil stew ever

1/2 cup red lentils, uncooked
1/2 onion, diced
1 clove garlic
200 g green beans
50 g carrot
150 g bell pepper
140 g corn
100 g mushrooms
500 g crushed tomatoes
2 tbsps chili sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Easiest lentil stew ever

  1. First, set the lentils to cook until softened.

  2. Cook the onion and garlic first, then add in all vegetables but tomatoes. Let sautee for a few minutes.

  3. Add in tomatoes and whatever spices you like, and then add the cooked lentils. Stir well. Let simmer for about 20 minutes, and serve.
