Recipe Ingredients for Early Morning Energy Scramble

2 large eggs
3/4 garlic clove
3 tbs chopped green onion
3 tbs chopped red pepper
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pinch oregano
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Early Morning Energy Scramble

  1. Spray a nonstick pan with olive oil cooking spray. Heat on medium.

  2. In a small bowl combine all of the remaining ingredients and whisk until eggs are beaten.

  3. Pour mixture into heated pan and scramble the eggs.

  4. While eggs are in the pan, top with cheddar cheese and let sit until cheese is melted.

  5. Gently place eggs cheese side up onto one half of the toasted bagel thin. Top with the other half of the bagel.

  6. >You have just made an egg & cheese bagel<

  7. Enjoy!
