32 ounce collard greens
2 pound smoked turkey
16 ounce cabbage

Recipe Directions for Earlene estimated green recipe

  1. Clean all green - removing sand and dirt, etc

  2. Cut green

  3. Boil turkey ( smoked turkey legs, or smoked turkey)until meat is tender

  4. Add greens; cook until green are almost tender.
