Recipe Ingredients for Dyspeptic Bread --one

2 cup Gold Medal Organic Flour
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 large Egg, Whole
1.33 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
9 tsp Organics Sugar
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Dyspeptic Bread --one

  1. Set your oven to about 325.

  2. Set the butter aside til later!

  3. Mix the dry ingredients together, sifting if you like.

  4. beat the egg and milk together and add to the dry ingredients all at once.

  5. Mix gently with a spatula until all moistened,m(looks almost like a drop biscuit dough.

  6. Turn into a greased bread pan and let rise for about 10 minute. Put in the oven for about 1 hr ten minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don't leave the oven light on and don't open the oven door!

  7. When the bread comes out, let the tbsp of butter melt on top of the loaf.

  8. Dense and tasty, satisfying and easy to digest. Suggest a small serving.
