15 oz Black Beans
2 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
2 cup Yellow Squash
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 cup Olive Oil
3 cup Traditional Pasta Sauce

Recipe Directions for DWS - Breakfast Rice & Beans with Veges

  1. Bake potatoes in microwave, then chop into hashbrown size.

  2. Sautee potatoes with chopped yellow squash and green pepper in olive oil.

  3. Add cooked rice & beans.

  4. Add warmed homemade spaghetti sauce.

  5. Serve.
