0.25 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 tbsp 50/50 Butter Blend
312 grams Potatoes, Boiled
1 cup, chopped Carrots
6 tbsp Reduced Fat Sour Cream
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Dutch potatos

put potatoes and carrots in water and bring to a boil. Meanwhile saute onion in butter. Once potatoes and carrots are tender, drain and mash them. Add onion & Salt and sour cream to the mashed mix.
