Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Potatoes

4 cups potatoes, cubed
15 oz carrots
1/2 cup onions
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup sour cream, light
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Dutch Potatoes

  1. cook potatoes and carrots, and garlic until tender

  2. sautee onions in butter for 10 min until carmelized

  3. add to potatoes/carrots and mash

  4. add sour cream and salt
