Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Pancakes

1 tbsp butter
2 eggs, whole
2 eggs, whites only
1 cup skim milk
1 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Dutch Pancakes

  1. set oven to 495F,

  2. in large baking dish, melt butter in the oven,

  3. while it is melting, mix all other ingredients,

  4. pour into the baking dish with the melted butter in it,

  5. cook until it has risen up over the edges and starts to brown at edges.
