Fluffy pancake baked in a cast iron skillet

Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Pancake

1/2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1/2 cup of Flour
1/4 cup of sugar
2 large eggs
4 tbs of butter

Recipe Directions for Dutch Pancake

  1. Mix milk, flour, sugar, and eggs in a bowl until smooth

  2. Pre-Heat oven to 425 Degrees

  3. Melt Butter in cast-iron skillet and tilt to coat sides

  4. Pour Batter into skillet and cook one minute

  5. Place in oven and bake 12-15 minutes

  6. serve immediately as pancake will lose it's fluffy appearance
