Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Oven Chicken

33 oz potatos
19 1/2 oz chicken thigh
12 1/5 oz chicken leg
8 oz mushroom
5 oz onions
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 cups cream of mushroom soup

Recipe Directions for Dutch Oven Chicken

  1. Use cooking spray to coat inside of dutch oven.

  2. Place a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom and the side of the dutch oven.

  3. Place the thighs in first, then legs with the meaty parts outwards.

  4. Slice the rest of the potatoes, onions and mushrooms and cover the chicken with them.

  5. Season with Lawry's and any other spices. Suggest seasoning as you place chicken and veggies.

  6. Cut butter into small pieces and place on top of veggies.

  7. Cover with lid, and cook at 425F for ~45mins. Then cover everything with the mushroom soup and cook for another ~45 mins, or until chicken is done.

  8. Can serve a few people.
