Dutch Babies--Light Pancake-like breakfast treats

Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Baby

2 cup Wheat Flour, White, Bread, Enriched
2 serving Egg, Whole
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.33 cup Butter

Recipe Directions for Dutch Baby

Melt butter in cast iron pan, Mix all other ingredients and pour in pan. Pop in 425 oven for 20-30 minutes, until puffy and the crust is brown. Serve with powdered sugar and lemon wedges.
