Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Baby

1/4 cup butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Recipe Directions for Dutch Baby

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Place butter in 1 2-3 quart souffle dish and set in the hot oven. While the butter melts, mix batter quickly.

  3. Put the eggs in a blender or food processor and whirl at high speed for one minute. With motor running, gradually pour in milk, then slowly add flour;continue whirling for thirty seconds.

  4. Remove dish from oven and pour in the batter, and bake until puffy and well-browned (20-25 minutes.)

  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and squeeze lemon juice over. Top with sliced fresh strawberries.
