Great breakfast dish. Puffy, warm, egg-like pancake served with fruit for sweetness.

Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Baby

3 eggs
3/4 cup skim milk
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbs whipped butter

Recipe Directions for Dutch Baby

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Put butter in a baking dish and set in oven while mixing other ingredients so it can melt.

  3. Add eggs to a blender one at a time.

  4. Slowly add milk.

  5. Add flour 1 tbs at a time until well blended.

  6. Pour into baking dish.

  7. Bake for 20-24 minutes until golden and puffy.

  8. Serve topped with warm or cold fruit.
