Yummy breakfast, surprisingly healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Baby

2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup fat free milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Dutch Baby

  1. Preheat over to 450 degrees with large cast iron skillet in it.

  2. Blend eggs with hand-mixer on high sp33e until they are frothy and light.

  3. Add everything else but the butter. Blend on high speed about 1 minute until mixed. It will be thin.

  4. Take skillet from oven. Add butter, swirling around skillet to coat the bottom.

  5. Add batter and return to oven.

  6. Bake 18-25 minutes until golden and puffy.

  7. Serve immediately with powdered sugar, jam, or fruit topping of your choice.
