Filling, fluffy pancakes that rise up above the pan making an incredible presentation - like a souffle almost. Very yummy with fresh squeezed lemon and powdered sugar as garnish.

Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Baby Pancakes

3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
4 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Dutch Baby Pancakes

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450F for 20 minutes.

  2. After 20 min. melt the butter in the oven in a cast iron skillet or cast iron oven

  3. In a food processor blend the eggs, flour and milk

  4. When the butter is just browning, pour in the egg mixture

  5. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes

  6. Garnish with powdered sugar and fresh lemon
