Healthy version of Dutch Babies. Based on Grand Central Bakery recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Babies w/ Whole Wheat

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
6 large whole eggs
8 oz 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
3/4 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Dutch Babies w/ Whole Wheat

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees, leave large cast iron pan in oven to heat. Mix together eggs, milk, flour and salt. Blend or whisk until no lumps.

  2. As soon as oven is preheated. remove pan and add oil. Wait a second for oil to heat, and then add batter. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
