Easy breakfast. Serve with lemon juice and sweetener, honey, or jam

Recipe Ingredients for Dutch Babies

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for Dutch Babies

  1. Mix together flour, milk, eggs, vanilla and salt until smooth. Don't over mix.

  2. Heat oven to 425 degrees.

  3. Place butter in 10" cast iron skillet and place in oven. Allow butter to melt and pan to heat.

  4. Pour batter into pan over melted butter.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Should appear very puffy.

  6. Remove, cut and serve.
