I use these with my Chicken stock to make Chicken n' Dumplings

Recipe Ingredients for Dumplings

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons shortening
3/4 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Dumplings

  1. Mix four, parsley, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Cut in shortning using pastry blender or criscrossing 2 knives, until mixture looks like fine crumbs. Stir in Milk.

  2. Drop dough onto hot meat or vegetables in boiling stew. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 Minutes longer
