Dumplings to go with CrockPot Chicken & dumplings

Recipe Ingredients for Dumplings

1.5 cup mix Bisquick Original All Purpose Baking Mix
1 tbsp chopped Chives
2 tbsp Butter
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Dumplings

In small bowl, combine Bisquick mix with chives, milk and melted butter and mix just until combined (do not over mix). If you don't have any baking mix, combine 1.5 cups flour, .5 tsp baking powder, .5 tsp salt and 1 tbs snipped chives in a small bowl. Melt 6 tbs butter and mix with .5 cup milk; add to flour mixture and stir just until combined. Drop dumplings by tablespoons onto hot, bubbling chicken mixtue in crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 20-25 minutes until dumplings are cooked through, fluffy, and a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Serves 4
