1 1/2 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Dumplings ala Mitzi

  1. Wisk eggs

  2. Combine flour

  3. Add water

  4. Fold with fork until until dough clings together

  5. Bring 2 quarts of water to a rolling boil

  6. Spoon into boiling water with tablespoon

  7. Cover and simmer 15 min.

  8. Drain

  9. Place in 10" square serving dish.

  10. Add butter or butter substitute to taste
