Recipe Ingredients for Dumpling soop

1 liter (4 cups) beef bouillon
1 g (1/4 cup) butter
1 whole eggs
1 g (4 oz.) Semolina
1 tbsp. milk
1 grams grated nutmeg
1 Salt

Recipe Directions for Dumpling soop

  1. Cream the butter; add the other ingredients one after the other;

  2. Let rest 20 minutes; if the mixture is too stiff, add a little water; if too soft, add a little semolina;

  3. Form dumplings (quenelles) with a spoon and cook in simmering salted water.

  4. The dumplings are done once they rise to the surface.

  5. Add them to beef consommé just before serving.
