Recipe Ingredients for Dump Cake

20 ounce cherry pie filling
20 ounce of crushed pineapple, drained
1 package yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter

Recipe Directions for Dump Cake

  1. Preparation Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Dump pie filling and pineapple into 9x13 pan

  3. Make sure fruit is evenly distrubuted throughout pan

  4. Sprinkle on cake mix

  5. Cut butter into thin slices and evenly arrange butter over cake

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top rack

  7. Cool for 10 minutes

  8. Note: You can experiment with different types of pie fillings. Blueberry is verry good instead of cherry

  9. Serving Suggestion: Serve your dump cake with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
