A spicy, traditional Korean dish. Great for a cold day!

Recipe Ingredients for Dukbokgi

1 cups rice sticks
1 scallion
200 grams pork, sliced
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp Korean hot pepper paste (gojujung)
1/2 cup onion sliced
100 grams kimchi
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Dukbokgi

  1. Slice up the pork into tiny strips and fry in a medium sized frying pan.

  2. Once the pork is fried, throw everything else into it along with a 1/2 cup of water.

  3. Let it simmer, until rice sticks are soft. It will be stew-like when finished. It is very spicy!
