Like a pancake - a good low carb substitute for bread or crackers. I usually triple the recipe and keep extras in the fridge for a few days. May be reheated im the toaster.

Recipe Ingredients for Dukan Oat Bran Galette

1 egg white
1 ounce 2% greek yogurt
1 ounce oat bran

Recipe Directions for Dukan Oat Bran Galette

  1. Heat nonstick pan, spray with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Gently beat egg white with fork until foamy.

  3. Stir in remainign ingredients until mixture is the consistency of pancake batter.

  4. Cook until set 7 lightly browned, then flip.

  5. Cook until both sides are brown, about 3 minutes.
