Recipe Ingredients for Duchessa Insalata

5 boiled beets
1/2 avocado
2 cups asparagus
4 oz goat cheese
2 roma tomatoes
12 oz mixed baby greens
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Duchessa Insalata

  1. Boil beets and cool

  2. steam asparagus and cool

  3. chop asparagus, beets, avocado in to cubes

  4. toss in mixed baby greens with olive oil and black pepper

  5. add goat cheese to side of plate

  6. serve
