A potato soup using dubliner cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Dubliner Potato Soup

4 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
4 oz Dubliner Irish Cheese
3 serving Organic Fat Free Milk
2 cup Unsweetened Original
1 stick Butter
1/4 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1 cup Broccoli
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Dubliner Potato Soup

Saute the onion garlic and later the broccoli. In another pot, make a rue by melting butter then adding the flour. Then add the milk/soy milk. Stir continuously until begins to get thicker. Add baked potatoes (cooked in micro), and dubliner cheese. Continue stirring. Add in veggies. Let heat for about 10 minutes. Then done.
