The basic delicious every day smoothie that i love so much. Use aprox 100 cals of fruit of any combination, the berries+banana is just a suggestion.

Recipe Ingredients for d's breakfast smoothie

3/4 cup berries
1/2 banana
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup water (or more if needed)
1 scoop protein powder
1 teaspoon ground flax seed
1/10 oz Goji Berry Powder (1 teaspoon)
1 dash cinnamon

Recipe Directions for d's breakfast smoothie

  1. Add the wet ingredients first, blend until smooth.

  2. Add the dry ingredients and any supplements you wish to add.

  3. Drink and enjoy
