Recipe Ingredients for dried currant and fig NUTTY granola

3 cups oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 dash of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons flax seed
1/4 cup whole almonds
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 tbsp walnuts
2 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1/4 cup dried currants
1/4 cup dried figs

Recipe Directions for dried currant and fig NUTTY granola

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine oats, cinnamon, together in a bowl.

  3. Whisk maple syrup, water, oil, and vanilla together in a smaller bowl. Stir into oat mixture.

  4. Add flaxseed and all nuts. Mix well to make sure everything is coated.

  5. Spread mixture onto the parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 8-10 minutes.

  6. Once cooled, transfer to an air tight container and mix in dried fruit
