this should yeild 3.5 oz. it's pretty strong stuff so i use it on a large salad 23 oz - for me & my man. measure 12 oz salad w/dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Dressing, Oil-Free (almost) Lemon Tea

1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ginger, powdered
1.58 grams xanthan gum (.5 tsp)
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup green tea
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
7 grams honey or agave nectar (1 tsp)

Recipe Directions for Dressing, Oil-Free (almost) Lemon Tea

whisk everything together except xanthan gum. add xanthan gum & whisk until emulsified.
