Based on 1/8 c servings This is dressing for a chopped salad of: Three color cabbage mix Chopped romaine Diced scallions Lots of cilantro Finely chopped sweet red pepper Toasted slivered almonds Toasted sesame seeds Mandarin oranges

Recipe Ingredients for Dressing for Asian Salad

3 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tbls ginger root, finely minced
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c sesame seed oil
1/3 c rice vinegar
2 tbls balsamic vinegar
1/2 c soy sauce
3 tbls honey
1/4 c orange juice, fresh squeezed
2 t orange zest

Recipe Directions for Dressing for Asian Salad

  1. In a glass bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together except for the olive oil, sesame seed oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Add olive oil by continuting to whisk mix while pouring in at a steady stream. Do the same with the sesame seed oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
