Was looking for a high protien low sugar treat, found a recipe and tweeked it to min and my husbands likeing.

Recipe Ingredients for The Dream Cookie

8 oz Unsweetened Apple Sauce
8 oz SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
4 oz SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Baking Soda
1.5 cup Almond Meal/Flour
3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Sweetened Dried Cranberries Dried Fruit

Recipe Directions for The Dream Cookie

  1. Pre-heat oven 350

  2. Cream apple scause and splendas together

  3. Then mix in eggs and vanilla

  4. Speratly mix almond meal, baking soda, cinammon and cocoa together

  5. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet

  6. when batter is completely incorerated fold in the oats and cranberries.

  7. use cookie scoop and bake for 15-20minutes.
