1 red pepper
1 onion
2 carrots
4 stalks celery
1 cup Classic Cole Slaw
100 g Brown Rice Noodles
1 cup corn
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp olive oil

  1. Brown vegies in oil and simmer on medium until soft.

  2. Add a tiny bit of water if necessary

  3. Boil noodles in water, drain and add to vegies

  4. Add soya sauce and stir well
