2 1/4 cups fiber one cereal
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup non-fat powdered milk
1/4 cup wheat bran
17 grams whey protein
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 banana
4 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cup egg whites
6 tablespoons benefiber
1/4 cup flax seeds

Recipe Directions for dr. seigels#2

  1. preheat oven to 375

  2. put 1st 9 dry ingredients together

  3. add wet ingredients but don't over mix

  4. let sit 15 minutes

  5. pam miffin tins

  6. fill with 2 tablespoons mixture

  7. add 5 dried cranberries to each

  8. bake 6-8 minutes
