Recipe Ingredients for Dr. Oz's Green Drink

2 cup Spinach
2 cup slices Cucumber
12 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 cup Parsley
2 medium (3") Apples
1 lime yields Lime Juice
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Dr. Oz's Green Drink

Combine all ingredients in a blender. This makes approximately 28-30 ounces, or 3-4 servings.
