3.5 serving Trader Joe's Organic Garbanzo Beans
2 serving Organic Carrots
0.67 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
0.33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Primordial Himalayan Sea Salt
0.25 tsp Poppy Seed

Recipe Directions for Dr. Oz's Fat Burning Muffins

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients, except the poppy seeds, until you get a doughy consistency. Evenly drop spoonfuls of dough into muffin pan. Top with poppy seeds and bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
