Recipe Ingredients for Dr Oz's Awesome Fudgy Black Bean Brownies

2 cup Beans
2 tbsp Organic Almond Butter (Roasted/Creamy)
1 oz Chia Seeds, Dried
10 dates Dates, Medjool
0.5 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened, Processed
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Dr Oz's Awesome Fudgy Black Bean Brownies

Blend the black beansl, dates, almond butter and vanilla in a food processor or high powered blender (try a mixer and a bowl, easier to remove) Blend or mix until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Pour or scrape into a very lightly oiled 8x8 inch pan and bake at 200 degrees for 90 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into small squares. Top with raspberries or other berries if desired. Very fudgy.
