We made the Dr. Joe Special for a professor at Georgetown College. It is just a bunless burger, but this was created long before the low carb thing came around.

Recipe Ingredients for Dr. Joe Special

2 patty Lean Turkey Burger Patties
1 1/2 cup Salad, Vegetable, Tossed
0.25 cup, chopped or diced Pickles, Cucumber, Dill
2 tbsp chopped Onions
2 oz American Cheese

Recipe Directions for Dr. Joe Special

Grill the burgers and top with cheese to melt. Place everything else on the plate and top with the burgers.
