This is a modified version of Dr. Dow's Booster pizza as seen on Dr. Oz show 1/12/2012. Modified for ingredients I had on hand. Delicious!!

Recipe Ingredients for Dr. Bow's Booster Recipe (modified for cheese/veggies/seasoning)

1/2 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 serving whole wheat tortilla - large (LaTortilla Factory)
1 cup Spinach
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Dr. Bow's Booster Recipe (modified for cheese/veggies/seasoning)

Cut up your favorite booster vegetables; in this case, slice artichokes and caramelized onions. Spread out the diced tomatoes and low-fat cheese crumbles on the whole wheat tortilla. Then add the artichoke (optional) and caramelized onion. Finally, sprinkle the pizza with rosemary, oregano, garlic and basil to taste. Cook in the oven for around 15 minutes at 350 F until the cheese is melted to your desired consistency.
