Recipe Ingredients for Doughnuts

1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. sweet potato puree
1 c. canned pumpkin puree
1 c. non-fat milk
2 large egg whites
2 tbs. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Doughnuts

  1. combine ingredients

  2. use pastry bag to fill doughnut pan

  3. bake at 350 for 20 min.
