Makes 3 fluffy, low-carb doughnuts, ready for glaze or powdered sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Doughnuts - Low-Carb

3 eggs
3 oz cream cheese
20 grams Ideal sweetener
10 grams coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 oz sugar-free caramel pudding

Recipe Directions for Doughnuts - Low-Carb

  1. Separate eggs into two bowls.

  2. Whip egg whites until fluffy and forming peaks - about 5 minutes.

  3. Beat egg yolks, cream cheese, Ieal, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in separate bowl.

  4. Carefully fold egg yolk mixture into egg white mixture, being careful not to "break" the egg whites.

  5. Spoon mixture into greased muffin or doughnut pan.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 300 degrees F.

  7. Remove from pan, cool completely.

  8. Spread pudding on top of 3 doughnuts, then top with second doughnut.
