Recipe Ingredients for Dough Balls

1 1/3 c. oats, flour
1 1/3 c. white flour
1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. canola oil, USE 1 c. SmartBalance lite (8 oz)
2/3 c. brown sugar, + 2/3 c. Z natural no-cal
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate, mini chips

Recipe Directions for Dough Balls

  1. Mix as with regular dough. DO NOT use oil, use smart balance. Add extra flour if runny, a bit of honey or milk if dry.

  2. Firm up in fridge for 30min-1 hour before scooping w/ smallest cookie scoop (1 Tbsp) onto parchment, 30 min in freezer and then into storage container for 3-4 months :)

  3. Makes approx. 60 balls, each serving 6 balls.
