Recipe Ingredients for Double Pie Crust

2 1/4 cups flour, all-purpose
1 t. salt
2/3 cup Crisco shortening
1/3 cup water, ice cold

Recipe Directions for Double Pie Crust

  1. Mix flour, salt and shortening to a coarse mixture.

  2. Add wter and mix.

  3. Divide dough and roll on floured surface.

  4. Place one crust in bottom of pie shell with crust slightly over the side of the shell.

  5. Place second crust on top of the pie.
