Hearty soup with puy lentils and red lentils. garnish with lemon

Recipe Ingredients for double lentil soup

100 grams red lentils
100 grams green lentils
1 onion
2 litres water
5 cloves garlic
2 vegetable stock cubes

Recipe Directions for double lentil soup

  1. chop onion and saute in a little water until soft with a tsp of garam masala

  2. add water, stock cubes and lentils and boil until tender (I used puy lentils but they are not on this site)

  3. Add crushed garlic

  4. Blend the final mixture for a smooth and delicious soup
